Kausalyam Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd registered with IRDAI (Vide registration no 775) to act as Direct (Life & General) Broker. It is conceptualised by industry professionals who have combined their experience to establish all-inclusive, sustainable and affordable insurance products for Individuals, MSMEs, and Corporate Businesses across the country.

The idea behind incorporating “Kausalyam” is to contribute towards the transformation of the lndian insurance sector and make insurance purchases and risk management in a more transparent and approachable task.

Any building or immovable structure can be insured through property insurance plans. This can be either your residence or commercial space. If any damage befalls to such property, you can claim financial assistance from the insurer.

Founder Director

Mr. Saraogi is the Principal Officer at “Kausalyam” and holds more than 22 years of experience in the banking, advisory and corporate sectors.

He also served as Investment manager at Pantomath Sabrimala SME Growth Fund Series-I. He also worked as Chief Financial Officer with Sabrimala Industries, handling the financial and regulatory management of the company.

He was also associated with Unique International, where he was engaged in liaising with customs authorities; banking functions; arranging credit for the company; compliance with labor laws; accounts management, etc. He helps influence the future direction of the company by strategic planning.

Mr. Deepak Mehta

Mr. Deepak Mehta is a veteran professional of the insurance sector, holding around 27 years of experience in different capacities in Oriental Insurance Company. During his corporate career, he has performed assorted tasks such as managing the holistic functions of the organization, monitoring client queries and grievances and assisting them to find appropriate solutions, analyzing insurance products and policies, and suggesting changes to maximize benefit. At Kausalyam, he is guiding us in and out insurance broking business. Mr. Mehta Heads the complete bouquet of General Insurance at “Kausalyam”. He is M.A. in Public Administration from Punjab University and Associate from Insurance Institute of India, Bombay.

Mr. Vineet Khanna

Mr. Vineet Khanna is Head- Institutional Sales. He is seasoned insurance professional with experience and numerous accolades in different insurance roles. He holds a Masters in Insurance from Axa- Singapore and with more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales in the insurance sector. He has worked with organizations like Bharti-Axa Life Insurance Company Ltd., Aditya Birla Sun life Insurance co. ltd., Exide Life Insurance Co Ltd., Aditya Birla Health Insurance etc.

Mr. Sarwinder Singh Bahri

Mr. Sarwinder Singh Bahri is a veteran professional holding more than 4 decades of experience in the insurance sector. He joined the Oriental Insurance Company as an Assistant at Hisar in1973. He was promoted as Assistant Administrative Officer in the competitive category in 1983. He later worked as the Manager at the Regional Office in Chandigarh overseeing the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Legal departments. He holds extensive experience in holistic insurance operations management, product development. Client management, portfolio management, claims management, team management, helping clients with their insurance claims and much more. Mr. Bahri Heads the Chandigarh branch.

Mr. Yogendra Sabharwal

Mr. Yogendra Sabharwal is a veteran professional holding more than 2 decades of experience in the insurance broking sector. He had passed composite Broker Certificate exam in 2008 and Graduate from Delhi University. He was associated with Pearl lnsurance Broker Pvt. Ltd, Vice President Sales, Zoom lnsurance Broking Pvt Ltd, (AVP Sales) Royal lnsurance brokers Pvt Ltd etc. He is Managing Sales, underwriting, MlS, billing, Renewals, Client servicing, Policy issuance, Endorsements, Employee benefits, Claims, persistency and all backend operations.
